SLEEP SCORE
A sleep score is context — not a grade.
SleepFlow uses a Sleep Score to summarize last night in a way that is easier to read alongside how you actually feel and what your recent pattern shows.
What the score represents
A Sleep Score is a compact summary of sleep-related signals available to SleepFlow for a night. It is meant to support reflection and a clearer next step, not to define your health or the quality of your entire week.
Why one night should not be overread
A single night can be unusual. Timing, duration, awakenings, current context, and how you feel in the morning may all add useful perspective. SleepFlow encourages trends and reflections over a verdict based on one number.
Tracking confidence matters
Not every signal is equally complete or equally reliable. SleepFlow's interpretation should reflect the information available rather than present false precision.
A score is easier to use when paired with your own reflection and with Recovery Score context rather than treated as a standalone judgment.
Score versus pattern
The most useful question is often not “Was this night good?” but “What does this night add to the pattern I am noticing?” SleepFlow can help connect a night to regularity, awakenings, and your recovery context without claiming to identify a medical cause.
