SLEEPFLOW SCIENCE

Personalized, with scientific boundaries.

Personalization asks what may fit this user tonight. Evidence asks what SleepFlow can responsibly say about why it may help.

Research-informed guidance

SleepFlow is designed around general sleep and behavior principles across topics such as sleep timing, regularity, night awakenings, pre-sleep cognitive activity, relaxation, breathing, sound, sleep duration, and morning recovery.

These principles help shape responsible product guidance. They do not turn a routine, score, or pattern into a diagnosis.

How evidence is reviewed

Research content should state what a source suggests, how SleepFlow may use that context, and what the evidence cannot establish. When a source is used in published research content, its DOI or PMID should be shown where available, alongside a reviewed or updated date.

Source traceability and limits

SleepFlow's research approach keeps recorded facts, possible contributors, scientific explanations, and open questions distinct. One night is information, not a verdict; a trend is still not proof of cause.

For a practical example, start with what a Sleep Score can tell you or read why tiredness can persist after sleep.
