This Privacy Policy explains how SleepFlow collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the SleepFlow mobile application, website, and related services.
SleepFlow is designed to help you understand your sleep, prepare personalized wind-down routines, and learn from your routines over time.
Because sleep and wellness information can be personal, we aim to use information only where necessary to operate, personalize, secure, and improve the SleepFlow experience.

We collect information needed to provide, personalize, secure, and improve SleepFlow.
The information available to SleepFlow depends on the features you choose to use.
Account Information
When you create or use a SleepFlow account, we may collect information such as:

- information provided through supported authentication providers.
If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Sign in with Apple, authentication may be handled through that provider's systems.
Sleep & Wellness Information
Depending on the features you use, SleepFlow may collect information you enter, confirm, generate, or provide while using the app, including:
- bedtime and wake time;
- sleep duration;
- reported awakenings;
- time-to-fall-asleep information;
- perceived sleep quality;
- how rested you feel;
- morning energy or reflections;
- your current evening state;
- information you choose to provide about tomorrow's needs;
- sleep-related preferences;
- wind-down preferences;
- routine history;
- selected sounds;
- routine duration;
- routine steps;
- steps completed, skipped, shortened, or changed;
- explicit feedback you choose to provide.
Device Information
We may collect technical information such as:
- device type;
- operating system;
- app version;

- installation or device identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics, security, or service operation.
Usage Data
We may collect information about how you interact with SleepFlow, including:
- screens and features you use;
- routines you start or complete;
- routine steps you complete or skip;
- routines you shorten or modify;
- sounds you select or change;

- interactions with SleepFlow Coach;
- analytics events;
- crash information;
- diagnostic and performance information.
Payment Information
If you purchase a SleepFlow subscription or another paid feature through Apple's App Store or another supported platform, payment processing is handled by that platform.
SleepFlow may receive information such as:
- subscription status;
- product or entitlement information;
- renewal status;
- purchase status;
- transaction identifiers.
SleepFlow does not store your full payment card details when payment is processed by an app-store provider.

- provide and operate SleepFlow;
- create nightly wind-down or recovery plans;

- calculate and display sleep and recovery information;
- provide morning reflections and weekly insights;

- use explicit feedback you provide;
- understand supported routine steps you complete, skip, shorten, or change;
- adjust supported routine steps, duration, sound, or structure where relevant;
- keep SleepFlow Coach aligned with your current routine;
- explain meaningful adaptations to your plan;
- identify recent patterns without treating one night as a definitive conclusion;
- improve the reliability and usefulness of SleepFlow;
- fix bugs and diagnose technical issues;
- understand how features are used;
- develop and improve SleepFlow features;
- manage subscriptions and purchases;
- send notifications you have chosen to receive;
- protect the security and integrity of the service;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
SleepFlow is intended for general sleep and wellness purposes.
SleepFlow is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

AI Personalization & Third-Party Services
SleepFlow uses artificial intelligence and rule-based systems to support personalized experiences.
Depending on the features you use, personalization may consider available information such as:
- how you describe your current state;
- your current nightly plan;
- recent routine history;
- routine steps you complete;
- routine steps you skip;
- routines you shorten or modify;
- sounds you keep or change;
- preferences you provide;
- explicit feedback;
- recent usable sleep and routine history.
Personalization may affect elements of the actual wind-down experience, including:
- routine focus;
- supported routine step selection;
- step order;
- duration;
- sound;
- routine structure;
- explanations provided by SleepFlow Coach.
SleepFlow does not assume that every interaction represents a permanent preference.
Personalization may begin cautiously and become more specific as additional usable information becomes available.
Some SleepFlow features may rely on trusted third-party technology providers for functions such as:
- AI processing;
- cloud infrastructure;
- authentication;
- analytics;
- crash reporting;
- notifications;
- subscriptions;
- infrastructure and security.
Information may be processed by these providers where reasonably necessary to provide the relevant SleepFlow functionality.
We aim to limit information shared with third-party providers to what is reasonably necessary for the service being provided.
We do not sell your sleep or personal information to AI providers or advertising partners.

Sleep & Wellness Data
SleepFlow may use sleep and wellness information to provide features including:
- Sleep Score;
- Recovery Score;
- nightly planning;
- adaptive wind-down routines;
- morning reflections;
- weekly insights;
- sleep pattern summaries;
- tracking-confidence information;
- SleepFlow Coach;
- personalization over time.
Sleep and wellness information may sometimes be incomplete or uncertain.
SleepFlow is designed to use this information as context and guidance rather than as a medical diagnosis.
One night should not be interpreted as a definitive assessment of your health or sleep.
Where available, SleepFlow may provide additional context such as tracking confidence, data coverage, or the amount of usable information available to help users interpret an insight more carefully.

Analytics & Device Data
SleepFlow may collect technical and usage information to understand how the service performs and how features are used.
This may include:
- platform;
- device type;
- operating system;
- app version;
- feature interactions;
- screens viewed;
- session information;
- analytics events;
- crash reports;
- diagnostic events;
- performance information.
We may use analytics services such as Firebase Analytics or similar services to understand product usage, diagnose technical problems, and improve SleepFlow.
Analytics information is used for product operation and improvement and is not intended to provide a medical assessment.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party vendors that help us operate SleepFlow, including providers supporting:
- AI processing;
- cloud infrastructure;

- authentication;
- crash reporting;
- notifications;
- subscriptions;
- customer support;
- security and infrastructure.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to SleepFlow and subject to applicable contractual and privacy requirements.
Authentication and Platform Services
If you use Sign in with Apple or another supported authentication service, authentication is handled through that provider's systems.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed using Apple's payment infrastructure.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- respond to valid legal process or court orders;
- enforce applicable agreements;
- protect the rights, safety, or security of SleepFlow, AVE Global LLC, our users, or others;
- investigate fraud, misuse, abuse, or security incidents.
Business Transfers
If AVE Global LLC, SleepFlow, or related business assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide SleepFlow and its features.
Certain sleep and routine history may be retained while your account is active so SleepFlow can provide longitudinal insights and personalization.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for purposes such as:
- transaction records;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- dispute resolution;
- legal compliance.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated personalization or marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy
SleepFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to SleepFlow, please contact us at admin@aisleepflow.com and we will review the request and take appropriate action.
