Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your SleepFlow account directly in the app or by contacting us.
Once your request is confirmed, we will process your account deletion within 30 days.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.

Delete Account In-App
If your current version of the SleepFlow app includes an in-app account deletion option, you can use it to permanently delete your SleepFlow account from the app.

Open SleepFlow
Launch the SleepFlow app on your device.

Go to Profile → Settings
Open your profile and go to Settings.

Select “Delete Account”
Find the account section and select Delete Account.

Confirm Deletion
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm that you want to permanently delete your SleepFlow account and associated data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.

Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the SleepFlow app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly.
Send your request to:
admin@aisleepflow.comPlease send the request from the email address associated with your SleepFlow account when possible.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted
After a confirmed account deletion request is processed, personal information associated with your SleepFlow account will be permanently deleted or de-identified, subject to the limited retention exceptions described below.
Account Information
Your name, email address, profile information, and account identifiers.
Sleep Records
Sleep times, wake times, sleep duration, reported awakenings, sleep reflections, and related account-linked sleep information.
Morning Data
Morning reflections, energy, rested scores, and other information you provided through morning check-ins.
Routine History
Wind-down routines, routine steps, duration, sounds, and session history associated with your account.
Personalization Data
Preferences, recent routine behavior, completed or skipped steps, routine changes, and other account-linked information used to personalize SleepFlow.
Explicit Feedback
Feedback you chose to provide about routines, sounds, plans, or your SleepFlow experience.
SleepFlow Coach Data
Stored Coach conversation or interaction information associated with your account, where applicable.
Sleep Insights and Summaries
Account-linked insights, pattern summaries, and derived SleepFlow information associated with your account, where applicable.
Deleting your account also means SleepFlow will no longer have access to the account history previously used to provide personalized routines and longitudinal insights.

Data We May Need to Retain
Certain limited information may be retained after account deletion when required or permitted by applicable law or reasonably necessary for purposes such as:
Transaction Records
Purchase, subscription, transaction, accounting, or tax records that may need to be retained for legal or financial purposes.
Security and Fraud Prevention
Limited information reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
Legal Records
Information that must be retained to comply with applicable law, legal obligations, disputes, or regulatory requirements.
Information retained for these purposes will not be used to continue SleepFlow personalization or for unrelated marketing purposes.
Where applicable, retained information will be deleted or de-identified when the relevant retention requirement expires.

What Happens After Deletion?
Once your account deletion has been completed:
- you will no longer be able to access the deleted SleepFlow account;
- sleep and routine history associated with that account will no longer be available through the account;
- previous personalization history associated with the account will no longer be available to personalize future plans;
- deleted information cannot be restored once deletion has been completed.
If you later create a new SleepFlow account, it may begin as a new account without the personalization history associated with your deleted account.
